Driving through the Salinas area in Northern California on a bus, during recent flooding due to atmospheric rivers, along a swollen and flooding stream
While on a bus trip from San Francisco to San Luis Obispo, traffic was diverted from a closed highway to another road, where there suddenly occurred more flash flooding. Cars were stopped and the roadway started to flood due to extreme amounts of runoff from torrential rain associated with the atmospheric river events in California.
