A heoric pet owner fought to revive his dying pet dog using CPR.

Oliver Reyes thought his eight-month-old female Aspin pooch Bining was sick when she could not walk properly in Quezon City, the Philippines, on January 12.

But Oliver realised something was seriously wrong and acted immediately when Bining had a seizure.

CCTV footage shows the pet owner pumping pressure on the creature's chest. Oliver was also blowing air into Bining's mouth to encourage her breathing.

The dog owner's sister Celeste Dario, who filmed her brother during the dramatic moment, said: ‘We noticed she was unusually weak that morning. We were all shocked when she suddenly started shaking.'

Celeste added that the pooch frothed in the mouth and shook uncontrollably so Oliver took the dog.

She said: ‘Oliver checked her heartbeat and did CPR until finally, little by little, she became responsive.'

The family also gave first aid to the creature they thought was poisoned.

She said: ‘We still don't know how, but we were just grateful she is fine now.'

Meanwhile, the hero pet lover Oliver said: ‘She almost lost her heartbeat. She survived. I am thankful for her another life.'
