Adorable Interaction Between Siblings As Toddler Signs To Older Brother ‘I Love You’
Uploaded by a Newsflare content partner
This heart-melting interaction saw a little girl show her love for her older brother through sign language as the deaf boy helped her master the hand position.
New Mexico resident and mother of two, Katie Ryan, was capturing a candid moment of her son Danny, who was born with Cytomegalovirus, and his sister, Grace, as they sat at the kitchen table.
Cytomegalovirus effected Danny's development; he was born deaf, nonverbal with cerebral palsy and polymicrogyria and was later diagnosed with Autism at 10 years of age.
Grace wanted to get her 'Bubba's' attention and tapped her brother and began to sign 'I love you', but was experiencing some trouble with her hand position.
Danny then helped her by raising the correct fingers as the two shared the wholesome moment as their mother watched in pride.
Katie said: "I utterly melted, nearly broke down into happy tears had to hold them back.
"It's been a tough year and seeing these two bond through it all has been so healing."
