A dad’s home security cameras captured the incredible moment his children sprung into action to help their mum, after she collapsed on the floor during a medical episode. 

On August 24, mum Kaleigh Russell, 32, was at home with seven-year-old Cami, 12-year-old Pierce and their pet dog, when she fell unconscious in their living room in Windham, Maine. 

Cami was in the same room and saw her mum fall, so immediately ran upstairs to brother Pierce to tell him what had happened. 

The brave children immediately rang 911, whilst attempting to put their mum in the recovery position and ensure she was okay. 

Proud dad Josh Maley, 38, captured the whole ordeal on their home security camera and posted the video online to highlight to friends how amazing his kids were, in a video which has since gone viral with over 18.2 million views. 

Josh said: “My wife went unconscious after having several medical issues and my daughter and son called 911 and saved her life because she wasn’t breathing when she first fell.

“I have security cameras in my house because both my wife and son have serious medical issues and it’s just to make sure they’re okay. 

“I was not expecting anyone to see this besides my friends so I was a little overwhelmed with the reaction to it. 

“My kids are heroes to their mom and saved her life. I’m so proud of them and we will never forget that.”
