Garbage collection in Vietnam
Every day, early morning and late afternoon, sanitation workers go around the streets of Hanoi to collect garbage. Garbage from people's houses and urban areas is concentrated on the street, put on trucks to be transported to the garbage factory for consumption. Garbage in Vietnam is mostly buried, some incineration plants have been built but not yet operational.
The garbage trucks in this video will be taken to Nam Son Landfill, Soc Son District, Hanoi for burial.
