This Thai policeman bravely handles bee swarms using only his bare hands.

Footage shows police officer Narin Srimorakotmongkol, 45, scooping up clumps of the buzzing insects without wearing protective equipment at his farm in Phetchabun province.

He remained unfazed as the bees simply crawled along his arms and face without stinging.

Narin said he had grown accustomed to the insects after learning beekeeping and oftebn being asked by residents to remove bee nests from their homes.

He said: 'At first, I was stung even while wearing a suit. However, I studied YouTube videos and learned from my experiences in dealing with the beehives.'

He added that he can now discern which nests are safe to touch barehanded.

Deciding to put his expertise to use, he then began raising bees in his orchard.

Thanks to the helpful bugs, his trees now bear more fruit, and he could also sell the bee's honey for extra profit.

He said: 'People shouldn't try to mimic me because bee handling requires a lot of expertise. If they would like to learn more, they could always visit my farm or my Facebook page.'
