Footage shows that the car responsible for the collision was making an illegal turn while violating the signal. The other car in the collision was only following its due course and had a green signal at the crossing. When it reached the intersection, the white car came from the left and inevitably got sideswiped. Though no one got seriously injured, such reckless driving could turn fatal.
