The death toll from a suicide bomb that ripped through a mosque in Peshawar, northwestern Pakistan, rose to at least 100 on Tuesday, marking one of the deadliest attacks in the country in years as it faces what one analyst described as “a national security crisis.”

Injured: "My name is Shahid and my duty is with CCP office. As we stood for namaz, a blast occured, i fell down and came under the debris. When i got senses i found myself in hospital."
Reporter: "How are you now?"
Injured: "I have a chest problem, an issue in spinal cord as i got hit on my head, but soon i will recover".
Reporter: "Where were you when the mosque fell down?"
Injured: "Yes, i was in the porch of mosque, so as beams of roof fell down i came under its debris".

Injured: "My name is Azam and I am a resident of Jagra. I am with SSP operation in police line". Reporter: "What did you see, in which row were you standing and what happened?"
Injured: "I used to stand in the first row. I often stand in the first row for namaz. This is my routine since childhood".
Reporter: "When the explosion happened, you were injured and then you became unconscious" Injured: "Yes, there was such a strong explosion that I just fell on the ground".
Reporter: "Tell me about the first injuries you brought in or were buried under the rubble".
Injured: "No, I didn't even know. I fell unconscious in the blast and when I regained consciousness, I found myself in the hospital.
Reporter: "You know, Imam of mosque also martyred, what was your namaz status at that time?" Injured: "Yes I know he got martyrdom, as we started namaz the blast occured".
Reporter: "How are you now?"
Injured: "Yes, I'm fine, thank you".

Relative: "I have been here since one o'clock [PM], looked in all places in hospital but I couldn't find anyone, please take me to him. All the people are moving around and I don't know where he is. I request for you guys to take me to my person".

Relative: "Rab Nawaz, formerly DPO and now DSP in police line, I am asking you guys to search for him".
Reporter: "Tell me in detail who he is and what is your relation with him?"
Relative: "He is my niece's husband and is a resident of Tangi. We are residents of Tangi. Thank you!"

Injured: "I was standing in the second row behind the Imam for the prayer. When the prayer was about to begin, an explosion occurred".

Injured: "Yes, I was under the debris and some bullets hit me".

Reporter: "May Allah give you health, tell me did you come under the debris or did the debris fell on you?"
Injured: "Yes, I was under the debris and many dead bodies were lying there. But I managed to get out of there, [it was] very hard".
