This is the hilarious moment a gym goer fell backwards off a treadmill and took out the man on the machine behind him.

Adam Skelton was back in the gym for the first time in three years when he hopped on the running machine on January 18.

Funny footage that has been viewed more than two million times shows the 30-year-old lose balance while trying to take his jumper off.

Having dropped off the treadmill in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, Adam then fell on to the machine behind and bowled over the bloke running.

Adam’s partner Leona Phillip, 23, said: “I was in absolute hysterics when I found out. The video is absolutely priceless.

“Adam has been off the gym for three and years and recently decided to get back into it.

“He couldn’t work out what had happened. Fortunately neither of them were hurt.

“The guy behind him took it in really good spirits too.”
