A tourist narrowly avoided being washed away by the sea when she slipped on wet rocks while posing for pictures.

Sushma Darnal, 29, was skipping along the boulders on the breathtaking shoreline while her partner Pokhrel Vivek recorded her with a drone in Tasmania, Australia, on January 27.

However, she stumbled on the seawater which had collected on the top of one and slid down from the top and into the choppy waters below.

Sushma said she fell on her back and had scratches but laughed it off as she was not seriously hurt following the beach photo fail at the Bay of Fires on

She said: ‘I wanted a souvenir for the vacation so we filmed the large orange rocks by the shore.

‘I was trying to make it a memorable video by making some poses but there was an embarrassing twist.

‘I will surely never experience that moment.'
