SHAWINIGAN, QUEBEC - JULY 6: Driver gets distracted by a dog and collides with the back of another car before it in Shawinigan, Quebec on July 6, 2021. Footage shows that the car was moving at a normal speed with a good distance from the car before it when the owner with his dog approached the road. As the car got close the dog came towards the road. Meanwhile, the car behind the one with the dashcam came to a halt with the deployment of stop signals. However, the driver was too focused on the movement of the dog and could not stop the car in time. He rammed into the back of the blue car causing significant damage.
