Two gunmen disguised as women wearing burqas entered a bank and attempted a robbery in India's state of Madhya Pradesh on February 10. The incident happened in the Bhikangaon Police Station area in the Khargone district.

The CCTV footage shows the two men pointing guns at the employees working behind the desk.

Luckily, the police were promptly alerted and rushed to the bank. A man was arrested on the spot, while the other managed to escape.

An investigation into the incident has been launched, and the search operation for the second gunman is ongoing.

The tragic incident showed visuals wherein two men disguised as women in burqas were seen attempting a bank robbery. The men can be seen pointing guns at the employees working behind the desk as they created an atmosphere of panic and threatened the employees as well.


The vigilance of the employees worked as they called the police who rushed to the spot and arrested one of the thieves while the other one escaped. The investigation and search operation is underway to arrest the escaped offender.
