Man drags boy by his feet out of building as earthquake shakes southern China
A man dragged a boy by his feet out of a building as a 4.3-magnitude earthquake shook a city in southern China.
CCTV footage filmed in the city of Heyuan in Guangdong Province on February 11 shows a shop suddenly shaking when a boy sitting on a sofa watching a video on a phone.
A man then ran to lift the boy up and held him upside-down to get out of the shop immediately.
According to the man named Ye, he is a staff member in the shop and the boy is the shop owner's son.
Since Ye was worried about the boy's safety when the earthquake rocked the shop, he lifted the boy up subconsciously and did not think too much.
The boy was not injured at all.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
