This is the moment on February 12 emergency crews rescued a 17-year-old girl from the rubble of a wrecked building in Turkey days following the deadly earthquakes of February 6 that ravaged the region. The girl, named Asya in local reports, was reportedly found by workers of the 4th Commando Brigade in Hatay, one of the 10 Turkish provinces devastated by the quake.

This footage was obtained from the Ministry of National Defence of Turkey.

It shows Asya being alive pulled from the ruins while strapped onto a carrier, with an IV fluid attached to her arm. A large crowd can be heard accompanying the joyous rescue with loud applause as Asya is carefully moved toward an ambulance waiting nearby.
