A man danced with his arms while cycling on a lakeside square in eastern China.

The video was filmed in the city of Liaocheng in Shandong Province on February 1.

The man was seen riding a bicycle with both his hands off the handlebars to perform some eye-catching movements.

Mr Chen, an onlooker said he felt anxious when watching the man cycling.

Chen chatted with the biker and knew that it was actually a self-created fitness routine. The man not only did workouts but also challenged his
balance.
