CEX customer in Weymouth, England, loses his cool over a "rip-off" phone. Despite being offered a full refund for his faulty phone, the customer proceeds to smash up the phone and yell at the cashier before storming out.

It isn't long before he loses his cool, following which he ends up smashing the phone right there and then.

"I was buying a PS4 game and overheard a man kicking off about his phone, so as I stood in the queue, I started recording as I knew he was about to go off," Shanice explained to WooGlobe. "He couldn't get his iPhone to work. And although they offered to give him a full refund, he wanted none of it."
