This video shows emergency workers using trained dogs to search for survivors in the aftermath of a powerful earthquake that struck Hatay, Turkey.

The footage was obtained from the Turkish Ministry of National Defence, and shows crews carefully combing through destroyed buildings while excavators remove rubble.

The earthquake, which had a magnitude of 7.7 and 7.6, hit Turkey on February 6th, and has caused extensive damage and loss of life. According to the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency, over 36,000 people have died and over 100,000 have been injured in Turkey alone, with thousands more casualties reported in neighboring Syria.
