L Eswar Rao, a miniature artist from eastern India's Odisha, made an idol of Hindu God Lord Shiva inside a 750ml glass bottle to mark the occasion of Mahashivratri.

Rao hails from the Jatni town in Khorda district and he did this on February 16.

Visuals showed Rao at work as he perfected the clay model of Shiva, which he would later put into the bottle on a bed of cotton. He was then seen arranging the cotton paper inside the bottle and putting the finishing touches to his work. The bottle was four inches wide and five inches long. Rao said that it took him 10 days to make this piece of artwork and through this he shared his wishes for the festival of Mahashivratri with all people.
