Footage from Monday (Feb 13) shows workers pushing a string of dozens of trolleys into the baggage claim area, but the chained trolleys get stuck and have to wait a while for someone from inside to get out for the doors to automatically open.

Officially, porters at Soekarno-Hatta Airport have been free of charge since 2017. The name of the porter who is in charge or works to lift passengers' belongings at the airport has changed its name to airport helper and trolley collector.
