Burnt rail car on hold for ntsb from the Norfolk southern train derailment
While passing a local business that has turning into a storage yard we noticed this rail car is on hold for NTSB ( national safety transportation board ) to aid in their investigation into the Norfolk Southern Train Derailment in east Palestine, Ohio.
