Elderly driver cuts up motorist on mini roundabout after getting confused as to who's right of way it was. The driver pulled into the mini roundabout in Derbyshire only to then slowly stop in front of another driver entering the roundabout.

Despite failing to give way to the right the driver could easily have maneuvered out of danger but due to going so slow and stopping caused a hazard.

Understandably annoyed the owner of the dash cam footage shouts to the other driver and her passenger with the driver responding with confusion and the passenger then showing further cheek by giving signs to the driving that he would punch him. The dash cam footage owner then stops again and replies to his offer.
