Elephant in south India charges local people trying to scare off herd

An elephant herd entered the tea plantation area in the human habitations in Valparai area. Valaparai is a hilly town located in between the forests and its a usual routine for the wild animals to enter the human habitations...Like wise a group of 4 elephants entered human habitations to eat the waste food thrown away by the humans from the nearby temple.
The forest department staffs rushed the spot and tried to chase the jumbos by rising noises but they didnt move to the forest intead they charged the staffs and the public who created noises. The visuals were caught on camera
