What an incredible sighting we had with leopard this morning!
It started out that we spotted a leopard in a tree,followed by hyenas, and went to investigate. But then our guide noticed blood dripping down the side of the tree. Further investigation revealed an impala high up in the tree being devoured by a large male leopard.
Initially, they were both up in the tree, protected from the hyenas, Not wanting to share a space with the male leopard, the female hopped down for a bit, but then was chased back into the tree for protection.
Eventually the hyenas gave up and left the leopards.
