Kayakers and surfers take on UK river's tidal bore phenomenon
Dozens of surfers and kayakers took their chance to ride the River Severn's tidal bore phenomenon in Newnham-on-Severn and Minsterworth, UK.
Footage captured on February 23 shows the daredevils being pushed down the river by the first four-star bore of the year.
The filmer explained: "A natural phenomenon caused by the incoming tidal surge from the Bristol Channel hitting the Severn flowing downstream creating a large wave travelling upstream."
