Cooks show amazing skills of slicing tofu into thread size
An amazing video has emerged from Anhui, China of a cook who is able to slice extremely soft tofu into filaments that can thread a needle.
The footage also shows another cook deepening the impression by making the same food while covering his eyes.
According to news reports, the first chef, Mr Zhang has been practising his cutting skills for over twenty years to achieve the level. It is also an inevitable challenge for any cook who wants to make a proper Chinese dish called "Chrysanthemum Tofu".
