The video shows dragonflies made of bamboo sticks, a traditional material used in China for centuries. The creator is Zhao Qiang, a folk artist, who exposed his creations during an exhibition in Hubei province.

China grows 400 species of bamboo, and one third of all known bamboo species in the world are grown in the country. It is very common to find amazing sculptures and cutlery carved in bamboo in China and Japan.
