Monkey 'pirates' raid passing boat climbing all over young woman
Monkey 'pirates' raided a passing boat and climbed all over a young woman.
The troop was hanging out on the trees lining the shore when they spotted the island-hopping tourists in Phetchaburi province, Thailand on February 22.
As the primates were used to being fed by visitors, the creatures waded on the water and swarmed the vessel.
Footage shows the long-tailed macaques flocking around Samatha Yonnaphatkodmon, 28 while she was holding a bag of snacks. She gave them each a treat but the animals stayed on the roof of the boat.
Tourist Samatha said: ‘We went to feed the monkeys on the island and they seemed more excited than us.
‘The monkeys were so full of energy and climbed all over me. They were like little pirates that wanted to steal everything on our boat.'
