Was the referee just not watching the game? One of the most blatant penalties not awarded.
In an amateur football match in Tshepisong, Soweto, South Africa - the attacker breaks into the box and rounds the keeper successfully. He's through on goal but then is completely grabbed and brought down by the goalkeeper. A bit of confusion ensues and unbelievably the referee decides that no penalty is given. Quite a comedic 30 seconds of football, ONLY in Africa
