Humpback Wales off the Coast of Dominican Republic. 6 males were trying to woo a single female. It was a very lucky day out on the ocean.
We went on a whale watching excursion and were lucky enough to have a conservationist on our boat explaining how important the whales are to our oxygen supply. She said that we were very lucky that day to see seven whales at once. The whales were 15 feet from our boat. During the trip we saw all of the whale behavior we could hope for, tale slapping, blowing, calling and diving.
