Staff were left in hysterics due to the bizarre discovery.

After a night of drunken dancing, there's nothing quite like a greasy portion of chips on the way home.

For one party-goer, the heavy snack couldn't wait, which was the case at Atik nightclub in Wrexham, Wales last weekend (Feb 19)

As the night came to an end, a mysterious handbag was brought to lost and found, where staff decided to take a look inside in the hopes of finding an ID or bank card.

But as they looked inside, they were left in hysterics after finding chips filled to the brim.

Sharing the bizarre discovery on TikTok, where it has racked up over 440,000 views and 18,000 likes, one member of staff recalls the confusing events.

In the clip, a member of staff said: “Okay so, someone just handed this cute little bag into the bar.

”So I thought I’d have a little look and see if there's an ID in there or anything like that and it's just full of chips.”

Users loved the hilarious discovery and raced to the comments to share their thoughts.

One user said: “Planning to use chip n pin instead of cash.” [sic]

”She was trying to drink responsibly,” said someone else.

”Find her and give her back her chips,” said another user.

Someone else wrote: “Maybe her mates chipped in for her night out.”
