Aerial footage shows huge fire ripping through market in the Philippines
A huge fire ripped through a market in the Philippines and caused an estimated 24 million PHP in damages.
Aerial footage shows the inferno raging at the Baguio Public Market in Benguet province on March 11.
Officials said the fire broke out at around 11 PM, and spread to two blocks in the market housing dried goods and second-hand clothes.
Firefighters brought the fire under control at 1:13 AM, and fully extinguished it at around 4:38 AM Sunday.
No casualties or injuries were reported.
Police said the cause of the fire, which displaced almost 2,000 vendors, is still under investigation.
