Footage of a man falling off his longboard while going down a road near San Antonio, TX, US last week.

The video shows Danny Schultz losing traction in his back wheels and falling off his board before sliding on the road.

He hit "the hay bales causing a piece of hay to become lodged near his groin like a giant splinter, nearly an inch long," according to his cousin Cord Brown, who recorded the scene.

"He was fine as soon as the hay was removed from his upper leg!"

This is a video clip of myself (Cord Brown) skating with my Team NoBull Longboarders teammates, and my friend Danny Schultz leaned pretty hard during that left hand turn, and lost traction in his back wheels. He crashed in a way known as 'high siding', which typically sends you flying off the board. He did just that, hitting the hay bales causing a piece of hay to become lodged near his groin like a giant splinter, nearly an inch long. He was fine as soon as the hay way removed from his upper leg!
