A man in Vyatskiye Polyany, western Russia, was arrested after he fired a gun out of his window whilst drunk.

Alexander Alyoshin, 47, opened fire from his apartment window on March 15 while under the influence of alcohol.

According to reports, he had been sober for 16 years.

Fortunately, there were no injuries.

In the city of Vyatskiye Polyany, located in the Kirov region of Russia, an alarming incident occurred on the 15th of March, 2023. A 47-year-old man by the name of Alexander Alyoshin opened fire from his apartment window, while under the influence of alcohol.

According to eyewitnesses, the man was armed with two shotguns and appeared to be heavily intoxicated. It is reported that Alyoshin had not consumed any alcohol for the past 16 years, however, on this fateful day, he decided to drink and got untied. Unfortunately, his body reacted inadequately to the alcohol, resulting in the dangerous and potentially fatal decision to fire his weapons from his apartment window.

Fortunately, there were no other people present in the apartment, and the police quickly arrived on the scene, cordoning off the surrounding area to prevent any further harm. Although the situation was tense, the police were able to arrest Alyoshin without any injuries or casualties.
