Footage filmed on March 9 in Toronto, Canada shows a pet bunny being saved from the train tracks.

The filmer told Newsflare: "A pet bunny was spotted at the TTC Rosedale subway station in Toronto. A follower of mine sent me a video of the bunny on the train tracks and I could see where the bunny ran to hide. I went down right away and asked for help from volunteers from a local rabbit rescue organization. The bunny was indeed on the tracks and we advised the station supervisor who notified the TTC workers. We watched her run up and down the train tracks for about an hour until the TTC track workers arrived to help us. Using my net and a little bit of banana, the TTC track worker caught the bunny and we secured her in a pet carrier. I then took her home with me. She is now safe and sound with me. Besides her back being dyed pink, and her feet being dirty, she is a healthy girl."
