Impatient motorist drives up the pavement at Ribblesdale school in Clitheroe as School children leave school
Land rover Freelander driver thinks its a good idea to drive up the pavement as school children leave Ribblesdale school in Clitheroe.
The driver was reported by me to a member of school staff who also took photos of the offending driver.
The driver was also reported to the police.
You first see the driver driving up the pavement at 15:32:48 and then as the coach in front moves off at 15:34:42
