3月16日，海南海口，一女子用绳索牵着男子，男子在地上爬行。视频中可以看到，一女子在闹市街头，先是用手中的绳索对男子进行挥打的动作，嘴中还一直骂骂咧咧，随后，直接用绳索把男子当狗一样牵着逛街，举止非常怪异。
3月18日，海口警方发布通报称，接到群众报警后，依法传唤了“女子街头用链子牵爬行男子”的涉事人员曾某（女）和谢某。经核查，3月16日22时许，曾某和谢某在某视频平台相约，以“直播PK打榜”制定胜负，约定打榜输的一方接受惩罚。3月16日23时30分许，谢某“PK”失败后，自己戴上宠物锁链，并由曾某手拽拉扯，大街上行走，造成不良社会影响。目前，曾某、谢某因扰乱公共秩序被公安机关依法行政拘留5日。
