A woman dubbed “fit grandma” has left TikTok users in shock as she flaunts her incredible figure in a tiny bikini and people can’t believe her age.
Nathalie Gangon, 54, from Quebec, Canada, has hit the headlines in the past for sharing how she gets constant DMs from younger men, as well as revealing her fitness secrets including fasting for 16 hours a day.
She has now gone viral on TikTok after sharing a video of herself wearing a bikini and asking fans: “Wanna se what a 54 grandma looks in a bikini?” [sic]
Social media users have been left stunned, with the 54-year-old getting plenty of attention online.
“I’ve been told ‘I was not into older women until I saw you,’
'I wanna get to meet you,' and some even want to get to know me,” she told NeedToKnow.Online.
Nathalie started her TikTok in July 2020 and soon shot to fame due to her striking looks.
In the recent clip (@lalie.cougar), she poses in a two-piece from Shein while showing off her figure.
The clip has racked up over 329,000 views as well as 16,900 likes and thousands of comments from her fans.
Joseph said: “You are a gorgeous fox.”
“You ain’t 54 years old, more like 25,” added another fan.
Jake commented: “AMAZING!”
“Defo 27,” said someone else. [sic]
“Absolutely gorgeous,” commented Tommy.
“WOW, A GODDESS!” said Bryan.

Nathalie, who used to work as a commercial director, added: “The majority of my followers are younger than me and I’ve become known as the hot cougar, after revealing to my fans that my partner is 12 years younger than me.
“I love making naughty content and still I respect myself a lot.
“I never thought I could go viral or successful in that kind of business.
“It brings me more freedom, confidence and is truly enjoyable.”
