The central structure of a drop tower ride collapsed at a funfair in the city of Ajmer, India's state of Rajasthan, on March 21, leaving at least 10 people injured.

The shocking footage, filmed by a woman whose friends were on the ride, captures the moment people scream as they violently hit the ground.

Police official Sunil Sihag said that the incident was caused by cable damage.

People injured in the drop tower collapse are being treated at the JLN government hospital and are out of danger.

Tower swing ride accident caught in camera at a fair in Kundan agar area , Ten people were injured when the ride collapsed at a fair. The victims were riding a carousel when it suddenly plummeted while on its downward journey. In the dramatic video people could be heard screaming as the carousel crashed. while the ride was on its way down. It crashed moments later.
According to police official Sunil Sihag the incident occurred due to a break in a cable. He further tells ten people have suffered injuries. They are being treated at the JLN government hospital and are out of danger
The video was being filmed by one of the relative of victim who was riding that time .
