This footage was filmed and produced 6 March 2023.

The Maritime Raid Force of the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) conducted the helocast training at Kin Blue training area in Okinawa, Japan on 6th March.
Footage obtained from the US Navy shows the small group of elite military personnel dumping a floatation device in the water, then inserting themselves in the sea as well.
This specialised waterborne operation training, involving deploying personnel from low-flying helicopters into water, allowed the Marines to hone their skills and improve their readiness for rapid and stealthy insertion during covert or amphibious operations.
Operating aboard ships from the USS America Amphibious Ready Group in the 7th fleet area of operations, the 31st MEU aims to enhance interoperability with allies and partners in the region.
These exercises serve to strengthen the force's ability to defend peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
