A team of football players in Novato, California, all shaved extreme hairstyles onto each other as their team qualified for the playoffs.

The filmer, Ben Langford, names each of the cuts as he records several of his teammates.

Langford told Newsflare: "Forever we have always shaved heads during football playoffs and this year I decided to record them.

"The players got to pick out of a hat to see which hairstyle they got and we shaved it in. The players had to go to school in the hair for one day."

Langford added that his team went on to win the state championship.

He labels one of his mates, "the Airbender," as an arrow was shaved into his hair like Aang from "Avatar the Last Airbender."

Another is given the name "Friar Tuck" as he had a similar haircut to that of the figure from Robin Hood.

The clip has racked up over 5 million views on TikTok.
