On Wednesday (March 30), rallies were held in more than 120 cities across France to protest against police violence and show solidarity with victims of recent incidents. The demonstrations were sparked by clashes between protesters and police during demonstrations for the pension reform and at Sainte-Soline against the construction of mega-basins of water. Two protesters were left in comas after the clashes in Sainte-Soline, while a railway worker was blinded during a demonstration in Paris.

The protests drew attention to the issue of police violence and the need for greater accountability and reform. Demonstrators called for justice for the victims and for an end to the excessive use of force by law enforcement officials. The rallies were peaceful, with protesters chanting slogans and holding signs denouncing police brutality.
