The alligator growls, but the officer shuts its mouth with the rope and covers its eyes with tape. The officers tape the alligator's mouth shut and hind legs before placing it in the back of a pickup truck.

The Tampa Police Department confirms that the alligator was safely relocated by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
