The female chef is a small restaurant owner specializing in fried rice flour cakes. The cake is made from ground rice flour then fried in a pan and added with shrimp and meat.
The restaurant is only open for 5 hours a day and the chef makes between 1,000 and 1,500 fried rice cakes to serve his customers. Because of the limited time, the woman had to use up to 11 pans to be able to serve her customers in time.
In the video, the Chef demonstrates his skill in using a professional pan to make cakes.
