King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla used the State Bentley on their three-day visit to Germany. 

The car was delivered by truck from Berlin to Hamburg, as seen here in video filmed on March 31.

To save on the mileage to state Bentley of Kings Charles III was driven from Berlin to Hamburg by truck on the Kings state visit to Germany this week.

It's believed the car was driven on the truck from the UK to Germany , The The cars twin-turbocharged, 6.75-litre V8 engines have been modified from Bentley's Arnage R version to produce 400 hp and a top speed of 130mph to keep the King safe the bodywork and glass are armoured, the cabin can be sealed air-tight in case of gas attack and is also blast-resistant, and the tyres are kevlar. But the car can only produce 15 MPG and with rising fuel costs the transporter probably saves on fuel bills !
