Man Arrested After Heading For The Hills When Cops Spotted Him With No Seat Belt On In Atlanta, GA, USA

In Atlanta, Georgia, a man identified as Cepeda Carter, 30, was arrested by cops after a high-speed chase, triggered by a deputy noticing he was not wearing a seat belt.
The deputy ran the car's tags and found Carter was wanted for probation violation on an aggravated assault charge.
Carter fled and led officers on a chase before eventually being caught and charged with multiple violations, including obstruction and his outstanding warrant.
