The incident was captured on the dashcam of the car that was about to hit the dog. In the footage, we can see that the dog was being walked by its owner when it suddenly started walking out from the sidewalk onto the road. Luckily, the driver avoided the accident and saved the life of the dog. Nevertheless, the incident is spine-chilling to look at. Pet owners must walk their pets on the inner side of the sidewalk.
