OAP Suffers Chemical Burn After Being Pepper Sprayed On Crowded Train In Moscow, Russia

A man pepper-sprayed a 65-year-old man on a crowded train ride from Krasnopresnenskaya to Belorusskaya in Moscow on April 4, 2023.
The victim suffered chemical burns after asking the suspect to give up his seat, and sought medical attention with the help of police officers at the station.
The suspect was later arrested by the Moscow Metro Police on Sheremetyevskaya Street and is facing criminal charges for hooliganism.
