Video of two severe thunderstorms rolling through Greensboro, Maryland between 7pm and about 9pm on Thursday April 6th, 2023. A severe thunderstorm watch was enacted by the National Weather Service for Caroline County, Maryland in the mid-afternoon as storms started moving across the Chesapeake Bay from the west. The first severe thunderstorm warning was issued at about 7pm as a few powerful, albeit small storms crossed Maryland's eastern shore. As the cold front approached Greensboro, a second severe thunderstorm warning was then issued at about 7:45pm at which a line of intense storms raced across Caroline County and off into Delaware with torrential rain, prolific lightning, and strong winds.
