A confused dog tried to get his family's attention as they pretended he was invisible.

The one-year-old pooch named Coco was being his usual energetic self running around in the living room, when his owners played a silly prank on him in Cebu province, Thailand on March 2.

Footage shows the fluffy pooch alternately turning to the household members as they faked about not seeing him.

Their mother was saying: ‘Coco, where are you,' while acting to search for him under the table and outside the door.

Pet owner Keziah Romarate said: ‘It was fun even if he didn't seem to understand what was happening. Maybe he thought it was a game.'

Coco, however, appeared very happy when the family members finally ‘saw' him.

Keziah added: ‘He looked so confused at what was happening. He returned to playing after that.'
