This is the sweet moment a hungry black bear rummaged through trash bins outside an Airbnb holiday home.

Holidaymaker Agatha Allen heard the friendly wild animal while she was staying in the wooden cabin in Asheville, NC.

She says in the video: 'You wanna come on upstairs? Oh my god, you're quite a big boy, look at your cute ears, they're so cute. Oh, look at you big boss, you are so cute.

'Maybe you have a name, maybe the neighbors know you. Don't eat out of the trash, there's nothing good in there for you.'

Reflecting on the incident, Agatha said: 'I met this nice bear looking for food scraps in the trash bin at our Airbnb in Asheville, NC. He was very handsome and we had a chat through the kitchen window.

'He was a surprise visitor digging for food scraps left behind by previous vacationers.

Black bears are found throughout North Carolina and attacks are rare.
